Academic

Irrespective of religion, caste and creed, eligible students are admitted to various pedagogy keeping in mind the University admission policy. This college admits only regular students and Bio-Metric system is adopted for attendance.
Once the students wete enrolled we strive at intellectual and spiritual enlightenment in the student-teachers, who in turn become the anchors of society empowering the youth to become socially responsible citizens. We also focus on the all round formation of student teachers.
A candidate shall be eligible for admission to the course leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) provided:
Has undergone, 10+2+3 pattern of study and passed the X and XII exaaminations conducted by the respective State Board of CBSE or any other recognized Board of Education / Examination and UG Degree /Examination of the UGC approved Unversities in any one of the school subjects offered by the Directorate of School Education at the Secondary / Higher Secondary Education Level.

Duration of the B.Ed., Course

The B.Ed., programme shall be of a duration of two academic years, which can be completed in a maximum of three years from the date of admission to the programme.

Working Days

a) There shall be at least two hundred working days each year exclusive of the period of examination and admission.
b) The institution shall work for a minimum of thirty six hours in a week(five or six days), during which physical presence in the institution of all the teachers and student teachers in necessary to ensure their availability for advice, guidance, dialogue and consultation as and when needed.
c) The minimum attendance of student-teachers shall have to be 80% for all course work and practicum, and 90% for school internship.

The programme will consist of a theory component and a practicum component.
